How long will it take for my order to be posted?
As of Feb 2019, we now make up cable orders on Tuesdays, Thursday and the weekend. Any order placed before 5pm (SA time) will follow this guideline. We also now offer a 'priority service' for those that wanted their cables posted within 24 hours.
We do tend to have the odd holiday/vacation where we aren’t making cables, but we will be sure to make this obvious on our website with an expected time frame.
Do you send orders globally?
We've begun adding 'automated shipping' at checkout for various countries globally. If you're from the US, UK, NZ or Canada, you can checkout as normal. Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the products selected.
Butttttt, we can organise the cables to be posted anywhere in the world. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
We simply need a rough idea of which cables you're after as postage costs are largely dependent on weight.
We don't add any 'meat' into our postage costs. We simply charge you what AusPost charge us to post the order.

What are the postage costs for Domestic orders?
Standard Post is free on all Cable orders. You can pay an extra $4 and get it posted via Express if you wish.
Orders over $200 are posted Express Post for free (within Australia).
EXCEPT any order including 50-100m rolls of speaker wire, they weigh a $hit load (Superhero cable is 14+ kg a roll) and cost an arm and a leg to post Express so will be sent Standard Post.
All orders will be sent with tracking.
Standard Post is between 3-5 business days with Express generally being overnight. Please note, we are semi-rural and overnight Express post is not guaranteed in our area.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our cables will probably last a lifetime if used within their intended purposes, but I haven’t lived a full life to be able to guarantee that. If you have trouble with your cables that seem like ‘unfair wear and tear’, flick me an email and we will do what we can to rectify the issue. Obviously, if you use the cable for anything other than its intended purpose, you’re shit out of luck.
Any returns as a result of manufacturing defects, we will pay return postage. If we send the wrong cables, we will pay the return postage.
As our cables are custom made to order, we do not issue refunds for simply 'changing your mind'.
You may also purchase the materials to build some of our cables. At a minimum, the above conditions apply to these too but you do have the option to go to the manufacturer over and above this, we will help where we can in this instance, so contact us first if you have trouble with the materials.
