Changes to order processing, a new priority service and update on pricing.

G'day fellow audio enthusiasts,

Our humble little speaker cable business has and continues to grow far quicker than our expectations. What started as a hobby to create a little spending money for our own gear is turning into quite a big commitment! For that, we can't thank you all enough! But at the same time, we do need to manage the hours we spend on NB Speaker Cables so we can still enjoy time with family and friends and of course, time enjoying our own audio gear. Both Micah and I still currently have other full time jobs working 45-50+ hours per week in addition to NB Speaker Cables so I am sure you can see where we don't have much time for ourselves!

As such, we are making a few changes to better manage the hours we spend on NB Speaker Cables.

• Currently, we make up over 90% of orders within 24 hours of receiving them, then post the next day. Instead, we will now be making Tuesdays, Thursdays and the weekend our processing days. Ie, place an order Monday or Tuesday, it will be made up Tuesday evening and posted Wednesday in most instances. While this won't be guaranteed, most orders will be made up as per above.

• We will be adding a Priority Service for those that still want their cables quickly! I don't know about everyone else, but I'm extremely impatient when it comes to ordering online and want stuff as soon as possible. This service will be for those like me! It will be $20 and include an upgrade from Standard to Express Postage. Cables ordered before 5pm using this priority service will be made up that evening and posted the next business day, guaranteed! If for reason we don't meet these terms, we will refund you the $20 and still post the item via Express Post. We don't expect there to be a large uptake of this but we love giving people options.

• Pricing. We hate increasing our prices, but it does need to be done to stay sustainable. The price of wire has been increasing and we can only absorb that for so long. We also seriously underestimated the time it takes to make longer sleeved cables over short sleeved cables so the price on cables over 3m will increase more than below 3m. But don't stress! It will only be a few bucks per cable. We pride ourselves on being able to provide quality cables farrrr cheaper than our competitors and we don't want to lose that.

• Balanced XLR cables. We've been saying these are next and they're super close! We've found some ideal wire and some badass looking plugs to match. Stay tuned for their release.
